  7. The PROVIDER 94 is a complete health care claims management system based on
  8. the new HCFA 1500 (12-90) claim form.  The system electronically transmits the
  9. claims batch for a health care provider (via modem), in either national
  10. standard format or Blue-Cross and Blue-Shield's 80 byte format.  The system
  11. also prints hard paper copies of the form on HCFA-supplied forms.  The
  12. PROVIDER 94 includes a complete multi-user, multitasking medical practice
  13. accounting system that is fully integrated with the HCFA claims forms.  The
  14. package includes complete aged patient receivables, general ledger, and POL
  15. operating statement with balance sheet.  This system is a must if you submit
  16. Medicare ``B'' claims.
